Many people complained that the PPSSPP version wasn't working, so here's the version developed specifically for Android by Konami. I was skeptical about posting links to this because Konami filed a report against all the sites hosting it's games. I'll advise you download this now before we get reported again. It's really annoying getting pulled down from the top search results.
